March 2025 Monthly WL Challenge

If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays

If I stay on track this month, I might actually reach 100 lbs lost since I started in 2023! 🥹 This is also the final month before my two week trip to Japan in April!! 🥰 I think I should be able to stay on track since the only holidays I'll be celebrating are Mardi Gras and St Patrick's Day. We're gonna go out for gumbo for Mardi Gras since that's the only Cajun food we can find in the Midwest 😂 and for St Patrick's Day I'll cook a feast of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. 🤤 I hope everyone has a great month! 💚☘️1 -

Happy to find I still lost weight last week even though I wasn't really watching what I was eating Friday-Monday because I was away at a retreat, but my room was on the third floor so I got my steps in during the day just going up to drop stuff off! 😂

So I was actually really good with food, logging AND not drinking this week so I'd hoped for a good loss, however I also got hit with my first period (TMI? sorry lol) in like 16 years (my contraceptive implant isn't working properly) so I'm hoping that's the cause haha.
