Sunny and almost 70°F here! I went on a walk this morning with a coworker. It was wonderful! I also ate healthy for lunch and planned all my meals out Sunday and have stuck to it. Feeling good about my life choices.

@Meghan509 Look at you go! Way to make those good choices! 😊

Back to work for me. I am procrastinating because I don't really want to dive into this next section. Bad, I know. Have a great rest of the week! Be healthy!

Thursday is here! Best day of the workweek! I am already getting things done. I am grudgingly 14.5 hours into my 18+ hour fast. Planning on exercising this morning and maybe walking the dog this evening. The weather is supposed to be absolutely wonderful for the next week! This weekend I am going to do a bit of a spring cleaning. Air out the house, dust all the things, deep vacuum, maybe even clean the carpets.

@Meghan509 I hope your last day of the week in the office goes smoothly! Have a great day!

    Good morning!

Happy Friday Eve, @KateNkognito! Thank you!

Good luck with your fast! You are on the home stretch - you got this!!

Yea to nice weather! It is a bit drizzly here today, but I will take it. 54 degrees F. Weeee! Finally melting all the old snow away. So tired of seeing it in the driveway and big dirty piles of it in the corners of parking lots. LOL

Work is going well today. We have a professional photographer and make up artist in our office today, taking photos of the women for National Women's Day! I will most likely NOT post anything on Linked In or the like for that, but it is nice to have a good professional photo. Never had one done before. Of course I wish I weighed a lot less, but here we are. Got to go with it!

Feeling pretty good. Been eating my Kind Breakfast Protein bars for breakfast and eating around 1500 calories for the day. Will LOVE it when it is nicer weather and I can take some more walks!

I will let you know how my photo goes! LOL Have a good day! See you soon.

@Meghan509 That sounds so nice! I bet you look amazing! One of the things I am going to do for myself when I hit my goal is to have the whole family get together for a professional picture.

SO GLAD it is Friday! Not a bad week, I am just tired. Still recovering from being so run down by my reproductive organ. I plan on opening the windows, cleaning the house, and enjoying the sunshine this weekend.

Because of the hypothalamus support I am taking, I have been STARVING and, even though I have resisted the urge to eat a whole buffet all by myself, I haven't been able to lose weight the last couple of weeks. Very frustrating. I am going to talk to the dr. about adjusting the amount I take.

Have a great weekend!! Stay healthy!

    Good morning!

Back on track and down a pound! Three more pounds to go until I am back at my lowest weight in December. Slow and steady wins the raise.

Thank you @KateNkognito! The photographer is a super nice lady. She was very thorough and fun to work with. I told her I am early in to my weight loss journey and when I meet my goal some day, I would love to come to her studio to take fresh pics. She was happy for me! She said she was also overweight and had gone to a hypnotist! She said it was expensive but it worked. :open_mouth: Pretty cool.

A family photo sounds great! Definitely do that and set it as one of your goals! I am so glad we took pics every Christmas of my Dad and that side of the family, before he passed in 2023. I love to look at those and treasure the memories. <3

Ugh, sorry the lady hormones are kicking your butt lately. :( That is no fun. I know you are a little younger than me so you are most likely dealing with perimenopause symptoms. That happens between the age of 40 and 50. At 51 menopause starts and when you go one year without a time of the month, then you are considered post menopause. So weird but that is me. Who knew.

Being hungry stinks. I have been there, especially when I was still dealing with time of the month. I used to say that during time of the month you go through all of the emotions: Wanting to laugh, cry, bite someone's head off, eat a hamburger or a hot fudge sundae and sometimes ALL of those things at once! LOL Sad but true.

I am working remotely today and planning to fast until lunch time to save a little calories for dinner tonight which is meatloaf with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. We are going to divide it up in to four servings since it is a decent calorie hit and was purchased and frozen before we got back on track. All good.

Hope you have a great weekend! Will let you know how the casino is! Going to log on and see what the menu looks like for dinner tomorrow night. I like to plan ahead if I can! Enjoy!
