Returning to light duty 13 days, post op is a bit premature, Sam. But it tracks as to how I returned to work after my last knee replacement. I did 5.5K steps yesterday and so long as I rest and ice frequently, the knee doesn't swell up, much.
Hows the schnozolla, Skip?

- How are the Moody's readjusting to reality?
- I got the new stereo system installed in the motorbike yesterday. It sounds great.
- Today is packing and prep day. We head out tomorrow morning. It's about 340 miles.
- Praying for healing noses and knees as well as healing powers for Joanne.
- DW is talking to a dachshund breeder.

Our last nice day for a while, today. I am taking Rita for a CT scan, this morning. Then we will team up to give Sassy a bath in the backyard, this afternoon. Rita washes, I dry. Big dog, with a lot of hair - and she doesn't tolerate blow dryers, so it's several towels and a lot of rubbing and brushing.0 -

I had an outstanding doc appt yesterday, lots of atta girl wtgs! Sure beats the " ya know your discussion in past . My lipid numbers, bmi, all improved nicely, as has my mobility, energy and inflammation! -54# now.
I'm visiting with my Aunt 82yrs old, she was married to my moms younger brother. And my cousin, her middle daughter, for lunch. In my mom's home town an hour south, in Racine WI. Lunching at brand new hotel downtown. Then a stop at a huge Garden center. Then back to MKE area, to hang out with dgs tonite, his parents have a dinner date. Papa may join us too. I hope. Dgs will be asking for him!

Home, tan, pooped. Spent ALL DAY yesterday cleaning house and doing laundry.
Just left ds2 and the grand dog visit. All doing well and boy, is that pup getting big!!!
