Goals for March:
Maintain weight between 61.5 kg and 62.5 kg.
Keep up the Pilates class 3 x a week.
Walk for at least 20 minutes a day.
Start getting back into swimming once the pool reopens on 8th March.
Get my bike out of the shed below and start cycling again.
Continue to prepare and eat three healthy balanced meals a day, monitoring for Vitamin C, fibre and protein content.6 -

Was a bit disappointed today. There is a regional swim meet happening at the gym I go to, so there was no working out there this weekend. So had to do other workouts today. Oh well! Got it in.
