March Week 1 Group Challenge - Healthy Habits

This week's challenge starts with a list of healthy habits...if you're feeling limited, choose 3-5 of them and see what you can do this week. If you're feeling strong, I challenge you to choose 10+ and see what you can accomplish. Post each day to let us know how it's going and at the end of the week let us know how you feel it influenced your week...positive or negative and how can you incorporate some of these daily from now on, to motivate you to better health.

My Habits for the Week:
2. Drink at least 68 oz/day
19. Do a new workout video
20. Exercise self-care in some way/day

My habits for the week will be:
1. Drink 68 ounces of water per day
2. Walk a mile each day
3. Do a brain exercise
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep
Some of these I do already (brain exercise - I love wordle!). I am easing back into my exercise this week. I really struggle with water, but have been doing better recently!1 -
My habits for the week are:
1, Brain exercise= MY friend gave me a link to games that are timed so my aim is to beat mine. I'm liking sudoku & word searches.
2, Drink at least 68oz water.
3, do a new exercise video

My weigh in is today Monday I weighed 180.6 # start weight 181.4 #
I can’t seem to put in our tracker is that something the moderator will do??

Here are mine:
1. Drink at least 68 oz of water daily.
2. Walk a mile each day.
3. Do a brain exercise every day (I already do this).
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
5. No added salt.2 -

Eat 5 veggies a day
Drink 96 oz water daily
Weigh in Mondays today was 180.6
Strength training 2 x a week
Walk 5,000 steps a day
I put this on the tracker
I cannot put my weight in on tracker won’t let me

1) Eat 5 fruits/veggies each day
2) Drink at least 68 oz of water each day

21) Do a deep breathing exercise to fight stress each day

I am working on more veggies/fruits, drink my water, cooking at home, eating less red meat, practicing deep breathing for stress relief, and getting plenty of rest.

I went for a walk on lunch today which was good because I didn't later this evening. It was chillier out today, but tomorrow is supposed to warm up! Longer walk tomorrow!1 -
