I had windy tennis today too! Super crazy winds in NM.

Ugh 3 passes in the first three days. Good thing I was champion last month for inspiration to keep going.
✅ exercise- 15 minutes on trampoline, 15 minute aerobic video, 5 minutes stretching

Yes x3. Today was a rest day from lifting but I got in some movement while unpacking (extra trips up and down stairs etc). I also walked for an hour while on a meeting. I had 3 pieces of candy today which I'm not feeling great about. But they fit in both my calories and macros and I'm trying to stop viewing foods as good or bad so I want to feel more neutrally about eating them today
