I'm down 0.2 pounds, but to be honest, I'm a little annoyed with myself. I had a generally good week of sticking to my plan, and my weight was down by 1.6 pounds by Wednesday. However, Wednesday night I got "snacky" and ate more candy than I really should have/wanted to, and yesterday I had sushi with very salty soy sauce. I know these are just little "blips" on a much longer road, but it's frustrating to give up the losses I was having. Anyway, hopefully this blip doesn't last too long and next week will be a better week. Still working to get a few pounds off before my daughter's wedding (in 24 days) so my suit will fit a little more comfortably.

Minus 1.0. YTD minus 3.8 Right on target for half pound a week weight loss. Continuing resistance exercises to eliminate or substantially reduce lean mass loss and increase percentage of fat loss.

Up 1.6 lbs this week. Just a little frustrated with myself this week. Spasmodic eating, eating late sometimes in the evening and eating the wrong things. Too many whites this week especially closer to WI day.
Just need to concentrate.

Even for the week. I grabbed a bag of kettle corn on the road yesterday for a lengthy drive and ate waaaaaaay too much of it.
