Hi everyone! I’m new here 😊 I lost 50 lbs in 2023, and it’s slowly been creeping back. I also have lost muscle! My goals are to move more (I have a desk job) and to incorporate more weight lifting into my life. I work a 9-5 and have a kiddo with a busy schedule. I have ADHD and my time management SUCKS. Strength seems to be the hardest for me to fit in! Any tips for QUICK and EASY strength training would be so appreciated!!

    Hi wow!! I just started to take my weight loss seriously and I really don’t enjoy the idea of exercising!!! I have been on this journey for approximately 1 month! Adding weight training has not been horrible and it has been doable! I joined NOOM WHICH I MAY JUST USE for the 3 months and just use this app because I see exercise videos on this as well! I just need support!! I actually feel better and stronger every day!!
