    😊Your FIRST Countdown Activity for this Challenge will be for YOU to decide where YOU would like to go on YOUR Seasonal 5% Journey (as an added bonus, how would YOU would like to begin to write YOUR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE STORY?). 

    There's a song that says… "starting all over again…it's going to be tough, but you're going to make it"

    I guess that's my theme. Up down Up down but never breaking the cycle.

    I know where I'd "like" to go…but I have learned…." there's always something to take me off course"

    So, I need to focus on staying the course. Come hell or high water, life or death, sick or well, happy or sad….I've got to show up for myself. Peeling the onion!

    Your assignment ~ Countdown & Pre-Challenge Activity #1: INFORMATION and YOUR INPUT! 

    I keeping coming back first and foremost for my own physical and mental health. I love the accountability and knowing you are surrounded by a group of people that are on the same track or trying to stay healthy.

    I need to refocus and start from the beginning because I have had a few rocky years in life and we always put everyone first so no it is ME Time.

    My goal for this challenge is to get more sleep and to continue my quest to lower pesky cholesterol levels. I am not on medication yet, and I intend to keep it that way by staying active, eating healthier, and sleeping more. We have a family wedding in June, and I want to look AND feel good for the celebration.
