    Lame but I did a body scan and it said I gained 2 lbs of muscle and half a pound of water since my last scan, so ill take it. Got a good amount of moving in today. Did 30 minute walk on my treadmill on various inclines and speeds. Then 40 minute leg workout. This evening we went on a walk down by the river. Discovered that mosquitos ate out in full force already, ugh.

    Yesterday was another busy work day without many steps. I changed my mother’s bedding, washed the laundry, and cooked some meals in the coming week. So, I moved a bit but didn’t exercise or walk much 😕.

    I haven't been eating well, I admit, but I gained 6 lb. in 2-3 days, and there's no way I ate THAT much. This is coming on top of the chaos and problems with my family. Since weigh-in day is going to be a disaster anyway (and I apologize to the team for that), I am just using my old comfort food method to self soothe. Probably not the best choice, but it's that or just go hide in bed the entire day.

    My anxiety has been hitting me HARD for days, due to everything going on around me. The medicine is only helping a little; I may have to break out the emergency meds. I am thinking a walk around the neighborhood might help and be good for me.

    @morenin I am not a Doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but I feel very confident in saying you did NOT gain 6 pounds in 2-3 days. According to the Cleveland Clinic “Even for people within a healthy weight range, the average fluctuation is a window of about 5 to 6 pounds per day (2 to 3 lbs in either direction).”

    I am sorry you seem to be in the center of a chaos whirlwind and hope it calms down soon. No apologies necessary.

    The spreadsheet shows your week 1 weight as 150.3. Was it 150.3 or 151.1?
