Okay, not too terrible considering I just had surgery and couldn’t work out for a week. Am back to working out today; not overdoing it. Hope to see better numbers next week 🤞 The weather here is amazing; a walk on the beach is definitely happening soon!!

The yo-yo numbers are frustrating but I know my workouts this week were tough. I’m sore all over (the good sore, not the bad ones) so I’m hoping some of this is water retention. I also has three short walks this week, which is encouraging.3 -

Lame but I did a body scan and it said I gained 2 lbs of muscle and half a pound of water since my last scan, so ill take it. Got a good amount of moving in today. Did 30 minute walk on my treadmill on various inclines and speeds. Then 40 minute leg workout. This evening we went on a walk down by the river. Discovered that mosquitos ate out in full force already, ugh.

3/11: 2,659Yesterday was another busy work day without many steps. I changed my mother’s bedding, washed the laundry, and cooked some meals in the coming week. So, I moved a bit but didn’t exercise or walk much 😕.
