Please share your thoughts about the Small Daily Goal Healthy Habit!

I've been alternating food tracking and decluttering. It's been helpful to me as I tend to get sidetracked easily. I am not great at multitasking.

I've been doing a daily 5-min declutter. I pick one space: a drawer, a shelf, a bin… and declutter that one space. I didn't realize we could switch up our choice of a daily goal. I'll probably stick with the declutter for the rest of the week.

@micaroo4 Yes, you can change it every day or keep it the same. I've been setting two goals a day, but I missed tracking yesterday. My decluttering goal has been to tackle a specific item. Yesterday it was a box of old magazines. One of those things you feel like you should just get rid of it since you haven't seen it in years, but Mom insisted I look through it. Thank God I did. There were some family treasures under the old magazines.

I like it a lot. I've been decluttering. My desk finally got cleared off. The mural I did on our bay window is exposed.

Oops, from the way it was written in singular language, and with the idea of building a habit toward reaching a bigger goal, we told our team they couldn't change it. Will correct that in tonight's team mail.

I'm keeping mine the same. I tend to eat extra meals at night when I can't sleep (which also contributes to feeling nausea and headaches that eating helps reduce) so I'm trying to have an 8 hour time frame with no meals. Snacks ok if feeling sick but am trying to keep it no food. I started during Practice Week and have surprised myself by being successful 8 out of 10 days, most with no snacks either. This morning was hard. I was so hungry and lightly nauseous but I was 7 hours in so pushed through that last hour. 8 hours can be incredibly long when you can't sleep and feel sick.

Thanks for the clarifications and chat here @Ceriusly1 @micaroo4 @DNjoys

I did begin the thought of decluttering, but changed to journaling before Week #1 started. I like the habit and also prefer being able to change/switch habits.

My small daily goals are work related. I do income taxes for a living, and I set a goal for a certain number to be accomplished each day, and I met those goals every day this week!!

I've had a hectic week one. I changed mine daily to keep projects rolling. It has worked like a charm. We are on vacation next week. Plan to center mine around daily healthy eating to stay on track while we party🥳On the road to see Tucker perform🎶

I've been decluttering also. It's working nicely, but I am also starting to get bored. Today, I had a personal goal which did get done. WOOHOO!!!
