I've ordered the bonine nondrowsy. When I do epley I do to right ear. Afterc spinning stops do 90o from that to left have some spinning then roll onto left and spinning. I wanted to download to do the screenshot but it's not doing it. Thank you for responding I needed someone to know what this feels like. My first occurrence was about 3 years ago when I got a vibration plate. I guess it shook the crystals loose but eventually that ended totally. Often on not much for the last three years But this has been going on all month.
