My fitness age according to my Garmin watch had been pretty consistent ~57 for months (I just turned 63). Then it started a steady rise since October to reach 59. I rebooted my diet and exercise routine in January. I just checked - I'm at 57.5. Woohoo! I guess I've found the fountain of youth!

I only crave water when I'm hot or sweating. But if add an electrolyte I can drink it right down. I like Trace Power Pak. It comes in individual packets. They only have 1g sugar.
