    Yes x3. Several walks and played volleyball with my oldest. I donated blood first thing this morning so no weight training today. 1 pass day used.

    Saturday 3rd May Travel day 6 am - 10 pm

    Exercice: Yes, squeezed in 20 minutes walking. Did 5 minutes walking around + stretching at each stop.

    Goal for today: Twenty minutes walking, yes, achieved. 8000 steps: no, only 6200. Eat healthy food I'd prepared at home: Yes, achieved.

    Goal for tomorrow: Long walk in Siena, 8000 steps, book Yoga class, locate swimming pool. Buy basic healthy food and plan meals for the week.

    1 pass day 2 May - unable to track all the meds but not a bad day really.

    difficult to track all the day/nite quil junk but I have added it as best I can. I hope today will be better as far as not having to take any of it. It really turns my stomach… (colding day 3/4). Did manage to get a 5 miler in after my sinus headache drained itself and the weather was that cool crisp we associate with fall which actually helped clear my head - I had not planned for 5 but felt better as I went.
