    The younger wing of the family is spending a long weekend at a mountain cabin, so we'll check on their cats, today, before heading for a drawing at a local casino.

    It's cooler, today - 63 - but no rain.

    Good morning

    Another beautiful day in store at the lake. Dry and sunny. 70F for high by 3.

    Im enjoying my coffee & view and coloring an very detailed paint by number. Using pencils instead tho.

    Dh worked his tush off here this week. We fetched the 34ft guest camper yesterday and he connected the septic, electric, water there next door. The wifi extender works too. So we in business. How much $ can we charge a night lol.

    Today I'll clean and setup the inside. Mow both yards on rider, he said he'll trim.

    Then we're taking the boat out. I'm taking him out for a birthday dinner tonite.

    He loved the yeti on wheels we got him!

    I hope all the BILs get well

    Thinking of how much fun me and lil T are going to have here at the lake this summer! I'm blessed to live this happy life.

    Good morning.

    We're leaving in a couple of hours to pick up Leo and find out if the grade inflation that's become so rampant in academia extends to dog training as well. Scores of 9s in everything but 'sit' and 'down' in which he has 8s.

    Hope Leo's training sticks. I always tell Ron I'm sending him to dog traing when we get one. He is a sucker for sad eyes.

    No rain forecasted for today. Planning to walk to the organic farm for lettuce and peppers. Might go for Indian food later. It's been the best restaurant food we've had here.

    brother in law got leg cut off just below the calf, better than expected. Pain is out of this world. Thank you all for your prayers. Long road ahead. Helped out my sis this morning. I’m just pooped. No need to complain because I’ve got it much better then so msny others.
