I went to the gym yesterday and I’m def. sore today, but it feels good! I may go today, but I do have to work later. 🤔 It’s raining heavily again! I need to clear my garden. I may just do it anyway. If it’s not too cold and windy it could be a different experience! I did get the Farmer’s Almanac and it says a hot dry summer for my area. Gardening is a great exercise with all the digging and raking etc.

Welp, I'm not entirely sure what happened, but I definitely fell off the bandwagon for keeping tabs in this group. The good news though is that I have still been trying to keep my healthy habits! I ate a lot of foods I normally don’t indulge in on Sunday since it was Mother’s Day! I hopped on the scale this morning and was surprised it wasn’t too bad. I thought it was “weigh in Wed.’s” (I just love the catchy phrase!) I’m noticing the dates are Thurs.’s though… Lol!! I’ll post tom. I think I may do a juice fast for a few days to cleanse my system. I have a juicer and haven’t used it in a while.

My highest weight was July 1 2020 at 204lbs. My starting weight for this Challenge is 189 lbs. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and continue with my habits of logging my calorie intake and walking on the treadmill daily for 30 minutes. Hit my treadmill goal. I feel like it takes a year to lose 5lbs.

Hi everyone, I'm gearing up for a fresh reset on my mother's birthday, May 21st (Wednesday), at which time I will post stats for my new "Day 1" on the this discussion board and my (new), "first weigh-in" here. The program I'm joining at the end of this month will have their group meetings (via conference call) on Wednesdays; so I'm switching my weigh-in day to Wednesday but will also make sure to post a weigh-in on the last day of this challenge, Friday, June 20th and will also post before/after stats on this discussion board, since the stats discussion board is inactive and I wanted to reduce the number of bookmarks I have.
I've been steadily gaining and slacking off, so I need to turn this around right now! I pledge to report honestly and regularly.

I didn’t add my weigh in from Thurs. so catching up! I’m grateful to be moving in the right direction! It’s good to be patient with myself and steady with the process. I’m trying to eat only when I’m hungry and that means saying no sometimes. I’m so tired of being over weight and in pain with my knees!!! 🙄😞

My scale said 165 this morning! (Oh NOOO!) I have trouble accepting that (heavy, late meal last night); so I will wait until tomorrow morning to post my new, reset weight (
whatever
it is), but will switch to Wednesday weigh-ins beginning of May 28th, the first day of my two-year, "Path to Lifestyle Change" program. Your can find it more about the program here:I will check back in tomorrow.

My highest weight was July 1 2020 at 204lbs. My starting weight for this Challenge is 189 lbs. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and continue with my habits of logging my calorie intake and walking on the treadmill daily for 30 minutes. Missed my treadmill goal. The first time since the beginning of the new year. Insomnia is back & so is my self medicating. Indulging too much in the useless calorie drink known as beer. Time to kick myself in the butt and stop enjoying my pity party of one. I will be 65 this Saturday. I really should change my handle. I am long past 60.

I forgot to add my results so Im updating my weigh in before the next date! I want to stay accountable!!! I’ve been dining out a lot lately. My knee continues to bother me and working out only aggravates it if I do any kind of leg work. Limping around is starting to effect my hip. Not good!!! There’s so many active tasks I need to be doing around the house now that my job is gone. I’m feeling a little discouraged. I’m hoping some rest and icing will help. I really need to take a more serious approach to my diet if I’m going to hit the mark by June 19th! I know I can do this!!! I think I’m gonna go for a walk and get outside…
