
Are you ready to SPRING🌼 into SUMMER? 🌞
Hello! I'm gearing up to start a SPRING into SUMMER challenge! Who's with me? It will run from Thursday, March 20th through Friday, June 20th (13 weeks). The suggested goal is to lose at least 10 lbs. Can we do it? YES we CAN! All are welcome! You can check in once per week on whatever day works for you, but the first weigh-in is March 20 and the final weigh-in is June 20. That's it - no complicated rules or restrictions. This will be a supportive environment offering mutual encouragement and sharing thoughts, ideas, tips, recipes, etc.
These two weeks will be to try to gather members, post intros, and share ideas.
I plan to post my initial scale app stats and basic measurements on March 20th with side-by-side comparisons on a weekly basis; however, this is not a requirement. Please do what's best for YOU!
