02/20/25: 2,060 Fasted on 19th due to colonoscopy procedure. Water: 64 oz.
02/21/25: 1,906 (My aim is 1,450 or below; so I need to do better!) Water: 64 oz.
02/22/25: 1,550 (a little better) Water: 64 oz.
02/23/25: 1,703 (steps)
02/24/25: 1,638 (9,976 steps)
02/25/25: 1,821 (11,606 steps)
Water is always at least 64 oz. so I won't keep posting that.

Hi everyone,
My weight is NOW 161.8 as of this morning - Oh, NOoooo! I hit a "bump in the road" and "fell off the wagon"; so today I decided to hit "RESET" by deleting all my previous weight entries and updated my starting weight to TODAY, April 4, 2025.
I had to scale back my social networking a bit because I've been getting a little overwhelmed; so I'm going to jump off some of the boards I had joined in order to regain some time and hopefully improve my focus.
I am definitely staying with THIS group though! I am in it for the long haul and plan to stay with it until at least June 20 - the FIRST day of SUMMER! 🌞
Very best wishes to all on your own, personal "Wellness Journey"! I will post my weight here every week and will post before/after stats (from March 20th and again for June 20th) both on the weigh-in discussion board and on the stats discussion board.
I will post the day's calories here every evening (hoping to remember!)

I went wayyy overboard on calories yesterday, but I will be diligent about tracking and keeping calories between 1,450-1,500 daily from now on!
