Good morning!
Yes @jessicakrall8 I meant Sunday, fat fingering things LOL
Monday steps: 3910 😔
Ready to get off my butt and start getting some steps again! Not sure how that will work for me today as I'm behind at work after 2 days of meetings and then a 4 day weekend. But I will try. 😊

@frankwbrown fyi, I think some of your formulas on the spreadsheet may be off. Izzyred's and p8m6bwghh9 Week 3 totals seem off. They should both be much higher :) Thanks for all that you do.

I'm anticipating my steps to drop off for a few days at least. Husband's having shoulder surgery so my normal routine is going to be off. Going to do the best I can.

@frankwbrown Hi! @sunshinezombiegirl1 is traveling at the moment, and unable to post. She will be posting tomorrow.
As for me, I'm kinda blah at the moment. I had some trouble with my CPAP, so it's been several days since I got some quality sleep. I think it' fixed now, so hopefully I'll be able to repair my sleep schedule! And naturally being tired makes it hard to shove myself move more. I can't really walk outside a good part of the day, because Mother Nature is trying to kill me with pollen. I'll try to hop on my treadmill a bit later. I've been down in the dumps and not eating well at all, so I am working to try and improve that starting today. First up, broccoli! (I love broccoli.)

@Zaxa2021 You're right. What's weird is that although the sum was wrong, the formula was correct! I had to first alter then "unalter" each day's steps, forcing the sum() function to recompute, and as I did so, the sum() was corrected! I've never seen this before!
Let's try this again:

@jessicakrall8 thank you for the nice Welcome! I plan to start with the new session on Sunday June 1st. My weigh in day will be Saturday. Should I give you my Saturday morning weight this coming Saturday May 31 or should I give you my start weight on Sunday June 1st to begin with?
3 -
Give us your starting weight on Saturday May 31st.
During each monthly challenge, the spreadsheet calculates your pounds lost and percent loss.
But it also calculates your LTD if you provide a Top Starting Weight. For example, my beginning weight this month was ~260, but my maximum weight was 330 nearly five years ago now. My current weight is 256, so I'm down 4 pounds this month, but my LTD is 70 pounds.
P.S. I just saw in the spreadsheet we already have 205.8 as your top starting weight.

If you're going to weigh in for the first time on Saturday, Jun 7th, then yes, give us your starting weight as of Sat May 31st. Glad you're here…you're going to LOVE this team…not bragging, but we're a really great group of people! 😁

➖ lowered my mini weight loss goal to 150. My goal overall would be to get myself in the healthy BMI range which is 108-145lbs based on my age and height I’d like to stop when I get myself comfortably in that range so .. shooting for 125lbs. **I’ll gauge this again at 145. I don’t want to feel/look too skinny4 -
