Hi. I have been off and on for 9 years. I have clearly not used this platform properly for almost a decade so I am hoping that logging in each day will help me become more consistent in my own journey.

I totally get what you mean I’ve been on again off again. I have about 60 to 70 pounds to lose. I’m starting fresh tomorrow my tracking my calories trying to walk.

Well… here I go again. I was diagnosed with Melanoma and cutting out sugars and excess carbohydrates is necessary.

You are not alone. I'm new/not new too. I'm a type 2 diabetic who has recently developed lymphedema. So, I'm back trying to follow my drs wishes. Mediterranean diet, no food with aspartame, increase in my protein, following normal diabetic requirements for carbs, protein, and fiber, and drinking only water. If there's anything I can do please let me know I'm here for you!
