PS - I saw you added me to the Spreadsheet, Lauren. Yay~! ty :)

Would you mind editing my Top Starting Weight? Sadly, I reached a new 'high score' in between 2023 when I briefly participated in F2F, and now :(. (212.0 = new 'high score')

@mkksemail I got it fixed! I had you on the spreadhseet twice, so I'm surprised it didn't just give an error. The step challenge is optional, but I have you down for it! 🚶🏼‍♀️

@jguldi11 I was on the same wavelength as you last night - it was pizza night but I had the second half of a delicioussss salad from my meal kit. It was a spinach base, grilled peaches, chopped almonds, sliced shallot, dried cherries, and an apple cider vinaigrette. I probably still had too much pizza but I feel good today!

@energyseeker awesome pic, they look so sweet. hope the waterfall was worth the hike!

Friday weigh in (I know it’s Saturday)

    PW 225.4

    CW 224.1

Good thing I used the higher weight. I think the lower was a fluke. Good start for not a perfect week. No exercises beyond my normal daily movement herding first graders.

Birthday dinner tonight. I may have seared scallops or a Harvest bowl with chicken. Then the extras. It will be fine.

Welcome MK! It’s great to have you and your energy joining us! It’s a great group.

    Happy Saturday, WaistAways !

ha! I didn't notice I was on there twice, Lauren. Thanks for fixing my 'high score' :p.

Jackie/jguldi11, that's a great way to approach it, I think (as a lifestyle change that is flexible).

Kim/energyseeker … omgosh, SOOOO cute ! They look like they're having a ball with those caves and boulders, don't they?

wtg on wi's, Veronica and Zan and Micki!

Kali, that salad sounds so delicious (spinach base, grilled peaches, chopped almonds, sliced shallot, dried cherries, and an apple cider vinaigrette) ! I have an air-fryer peach and pecan on greens, with feta salad on the plan for one day this week. Dried cherries would be a wonderful addition! (What meal kit do you use?) Also, do you have a different sn on the spreadsheet? I'm trying to practice names, so I can learn them, but I don't see you there with your Kali name.

Thx, Micki! 😊 ooo, and Happy Birthday 🎠🎈✨. Your dinner options BOTH sound great (seared scallops or a Harvest bowl with chicken).

Lauren, well done on your today walk, and I loved seeing your smiling face in the 1st of week of June challenge thread!

My Saturday, bit of thunder going on here today, none of the three cats love it, but one in particular is terrified. Instead of hiding, tho, he wanders the hallways crying in the most pitiable manner. Poor Hoolie-cat!

Spent today setting up a PT tracker. I've just been using my sheets, but the last few weeks I've had a poor showing. My exercises are up to twelve, from six at first, then eight, so it's a bit of a trick to remember the full dozen when I've been sloughing off lately (trips out of town and knee swolls negatively impacted my diligence :p ). Getting back to it.

Hope you all are having a lovely day!

    Cheers!

    ~ mk :)

MK- I tried to update everyone's name on the spreadsheet since you are trying to learn them...I've been slacking 😂 Kay (@kali225) is on the support team this month, so if you scroll down further, you will see it there.

@Kali225 that salad sounds amazing, thanks for sharing! I may have to try it.

    I hope you had a wonderful birthday @micki48 !

Today was overall a good day. My sister and niece joined us for dinner, we had shishkabobs.

    Sunday weigh in.
    Pw 167.2#

Weight loss could have been much better. I’m happy with my exercise level past week. My calorie consumption was not the best nutritional choices. I’ll work on that and water intake this week.

    Good morning, Happy Sunday! 🙋‍♀️

    Steps update - Fri, 12,597; Sat 7,499.

No rain today, quite breezy, on the chill side. PT exercises on the agenda today, maybe a Planet Fitness visit, maybe a walk with hubby. We'll see :).

    Cheers!

That looks like a solid wi to me, Kim/energyseeker! Congratulations. And wtg on the reflection, too. I'm noticing that successful losers / maintainers often have that habit, of reflection. It's not one I have, but it is one I think I should work on cultivating, maybe :)

@mkksemail yes, on the support team this month but should be back to regular weigh ins for the July rounds! I use the Marley Spoon meal kit (Martha Stewart's brand), and it is very new to me - I am preparing for my 2nd-ever box right now as I write out my meals for the week. :)

Finally some sunshine here today! Yesterday, I was supposed to take a full rest day but I really wanted my steps, so I went out for a walk just as it began to rain. Completely unbidden, I ended up jogging 1.25 miles in the middle of walking, which I haven't done in literal years. I don't really know what came over my legs, but it felt like my brain was along for the ride. Today will be a true rest day with some good stretching, and tanning I hope!

@energyseeker You are a rock star keeping up with those little legs climbing boulders.

Kali225 The rain certainly kept you running. Great job.

jguldi11 my daughter is 10 and loves being a 'big sister' to her younger cousins. We have them over this weekend and they are just enthralled with her. What great memories and connection they will have growing up.

Anyone else dealing with the smoke? It seems to come and go depending on the weather. Feel for all those displaced because of these wildfires.

    @Kali225 Great job exercising today!

@cleaneater80 luckily no smoke here, but hope everyone stays safe!

Went for a walk this morning and to the park this afternoon. Stayed within calories today. I have 7 tomatoes growing so far and looks like 3 zucchini's! Hopefully they will keep growing!
