I noticed that you haven't done Living the Lifestyle this week. Did it get discontinued?

I've been reading on occasion since the WW days. It is one of the few groups that talks about weight loss or maintaining.

I also liked Making the Better Choice.

Thanks all for your posts.

I’ll confess that I became a bit disconnected from weight loss in the first four months, and haven’t felt I had anything to offer - nor have I resumed.

LTL worked best when a variety of members rotated through posting topics. Yes, that’s a hint, if anyone wants to take Monday from me.

So, I didn't post one on Wed of last week due to my work schedule. Something had to give, and that was it. I do plan to post again tomorrow.

We can always use fresh blood.

I post occasionally as a wild card. Sometimes what interests me as a topic is too narrow a focus to post here.

I appreciate the LTL thread even though I'm not consistent in posting. I'll take a turn for a bit starting today.

I've had Thursday ever since there weren't enough people to rotate anymore. I enjoy the LTL and always have. However I'll be honest when Wednesday rolls around and I need a topic for Thursday I've just simply run out of thoughts about a new topic. It seems to have become a struggle but I haven't given up just letting all know that It's been a little difficult coming up with topics every week.

If LTL were expanded to include sports, religion and politics , the available topics would be endless, as well as the online fights.

My suggestion is to sit down the first Sunday of each month and write out a list of 4-6 topics for the month. It's easier to come up with ideas when you are not under pressure to do so. Have a couple of extra topics in case of dupes.

I think at this point its more than OK to recycle topics for people who have been doing this for years! Some subjects can never have enough discussion!
