I'm up 1 pound. It was a mixed week in terms of staying on my plan. I had an outing with my old lab group early in the week (i.e., I had beer and a high-calorie meal out), then there were a few days were I was really doing well (i.e., no alcohol, minimal-to-no snacks each night), but then last night as the news of the Israeli strikes on Iran came out, my stress-level increased and I decided that a little bourbon would be useful as a sleep-aid, which of course, led to more snacking. I've really got to do better at breaking this cycle (as we discussed in another thread elsewhere).
On a good note, I ran Sunday-Thursday (and plan to run again today).

Up 1# this week. As TOL would say I "gotta get a grip".
I got a grip, on too many munchies.

Up .4 this week. I think that's likely low. I'm not sure I drank enough liquids yesterday, so I could be a bit dehydrated. We were out of town all week, and I had more junk food than I would have had I not been distracted. I need to do a better job staying focused when I'm out of town/on the road.
On the plus side, we were at a wedding, and people I hadn't seen in awhile noticed my weight loss from last year.
I'm feeling good about being able to focus on myself the next few weeks. (Probably shouldn't have said that out loud.)

I'll break the up up up post with a down 1.2 lbs from last week. I won't waste bragging too much because I was 345 yesterday. I have a terrible time with fluid build ups.
Just keep on keeping on.
