    Lots of errands to run today, things that were put off while we were camping.

    Is the new house because of your new job, Skip? To ease the commute? Maybe I missed something.

    SGM - great question…but no.

    New house checks a few boxes:

    1. No HOA!
    2. 3-car garage (hate that my Vette costs me nearly $300 a month to store)
    3. POOL!
    4. Maintain first floor living.

    This home adds about 11 miles (further west) to my commute….

    • I had not heard of the officers shot in MKE but went and read about it and watched the procession. So sad.
    • What's another 11 miles. I assume metro DC is like metro Atlanta and just keeps growing.
    • Yep, realtors have the games they play just like car salesman.

    4 day work week and then a full week of pto! We will be at the lake with a few different visitors staying by us on and off. Its a free vrbo!😂

    FFingers Crossed the new house contract goes thru.

    Just found out some countries are now requiring measles vaccine proof. Need to figure out how to get those records. Mine should be easy but I'm guessing neither Ron nor his dad have a clue where he got his. Might be easier to get a new one.

    Good Afternoon,

    We need rain, got plenty of lighting and thunder but only a light sprinkle yesterday afternoon,

    Physical torture this morning,

    I fully agree Skip, a community pool is nowhere near as good as having your on, and HOA's can be a real PIA, and I like my toys close by; hope sellers accept contract.

    Continues HOT and HUMID, summer weather in south.
