Huge congrats to all of our milestones! Staying consistent is so incredibly difficult, and it will always be inspirational to see our fellow F2Fers reaching their goals!
If you want us to track your milestones for you, be sure to let us know what your highest weight is and I'll track every multiple of 10lbs lost (starting at 20) as well as when you reach a new multiple of 100 (e.g., Onederland = under 200lbs!)
