We had Collin this morning and Ronan this afternoon then we went and got our flu shots! Pat got another covid shot. My nurse said I was too soon to get it…only cuz I spoke too soon about our Aug 5th covid shot!! Pat didn't say anything except "yes" to both shots!! ugh. I get to go back next month.

We had Collin this morning then I went to see my trainer at noon for a 60 min really hard workout. Pat p/u Ronan after school got out. They played video games until this evening.
I am reading and yawning, so I think I'm gonna head to bed. My foot is getting better. I don't know about walking this weekend. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.

Chris I had to laugh at your total rest day. I need one. But I keep climbing scaffolding instead. I surprised myself when I managed to step a foot out from the loft onto the scaffolding. As long as I can grab something I am good.
So glad your foot is healing. It will get there.
Kathy we are neck and neck in the weight department. I ordered a new scale and it should be here on Monday.
As soon as I get it I hope to start recording my weight. I would love to work to get down to 140.
Took my mom up to the look out to watch the sunset and the lights of Casper. It was beautiful.
Worked on the ceiling again today.
Chris it makes me nervous when we raise the platform unto the top. There is nothing to hold onto. Going to add something to change that tomorrow.

Foot is better and better! Maybe this coming weekend.
I am doing pretty much the same thing I did yesterday except making soup right now. Getting some steps in going back and forth to the stove!

Well, yesterday evening we got Collin back and Sara and Pete took Ronan to a big school presentation. Sara said there were six principals to speak for three minutes each and they would escape the meeting as soon as they could. BUT…There were a ton of speakers along with the six principals. Sara didn't get to give her one minute speech along with the student she brought one minute speech until well after 9:00 pm!! It was a very long evening!!
This morning we had Collin, and this afternoon we have Ronan, and I am doing nothing…lots of coffee today!

Wow Chris that was a late night. I don't envy you.
We got more of the ceiling done. Added a 3rd set of scaffolding. Sadly my mom fell. I went out to the truck to look for her coffee. She wants to be independent. Tried to throw her garbage away and tripped on a hose. Fell forward and hit her head on a wooden ladder. Mind you this is a very strong ladder that didn't budge when she landed on it. She has a little bruising and sore knee. And her neck is sore. I kept a close on on her. We left early. Which she felt bad about. And I didn't let her do much for the rest of the day. Other than put lots of ice packs on. We gave her a garbage can. I feel so bad for her.

Shelley, I hope your mom is feeling better. I trip and fall all the time. I feel so bad for her.
My foot is almost better. I'm going to give it one more week.
Our weather is beautiful this morning! It's 78 with 13 mph winds…perfect! I want to get out there but I worry about making my foot worse. Waiting is hard!

Chris thank you. She is sore. And her forehead has a nasty bruise. But in good spirits. Been getting her to ice her neck often. And keeping her from overdoing it. She has been taking pictures and watching the deer.
Strange happening. There are several horses wandering around on the mountain. Not wild. No idea whose they are. They came on our property. Ate a lot of grass and drained a 5 gallon watering hole we put in for the wildlife.
Also finished the ceiling in the canin.

We had Collin this morning and Ronan this afternoon. Pat got two new toys for the boys…one is a big stuffed Hot Potato…it talks to you…you toss it back and forth to each other as fast as you can before it explodes (only sound)…then you lose. Collin and Ronan just laugh the entire time. The other is hard to explain…Don't Break the Ice… it involves a hammer and little blocks that you pound out until the little bear fall to the ground. It's pretty fun too. Both boys love to hammer stuff!!
I am doing my usual…coffee, books, nothing!
