Me too, Judith. May the rain come for you. I know the investigators of the fire will be reporting to safety bodies but not to the general public. Once they complete the investigation interested people can look it up. It might take a year or more for the results to be out though.

Indeed, I hear you Susan and understand what you are saying, once the investigation is initiated it does take time, and you are so right, sometimes it takes upwards to 1 year to gather all the facts before any charges are laid and if they are laid. Here in our Province of BC it will go to Crown Council first and it’s up to them to decide if they allow charges to be laid, many of times I have seen charges are not laid which doesn’t make any sense when it’s a serious 🧐 offence!

Today it has been muggy, temps were a High of 75 degrees (not really hot) but it sure seemed like we were in the high 80’s) then what the temps were reporting!

No sign of any rain but forecast says we are expected to get rain in the next 24 hours…

We have a Workplace Health and Safety division of government that has investigative officers. The police are also involved. If a crime is determined, then someone or a corporation will go to court. If a death has occurred, the Coroner's Court will also be wet involved. I have not heard if the injured man is still alive or not. There was an explosion near him. That's all I know.

Oh, I do hope you get some rain!

I think in our springs and autumns, the temps are going down and up on opposite sides of the world, and have to cross over at some point. So twice a year, we'll have similar temperatures. It will only get hotter for us here but cooler for you. Does that make sense? I've noticed it each time our springs and autumns coincide.

yes Susan, it does make sense, we will have some very cold temps eventually, it seems the last few years each September and even early October we have had Summer like temps, but to be honest I can hardly wait for the cooler temps!

Todayitwas cooler compared to yesterday. We had a high of 74 degrees. And tonight the lows are 59 degrees….

I always dread the hot weather, Judith. I much prefer our mild winters. This time if year here isaldo pretty nice. I think my favourite times are autumn and spring.

I hear you Susan, I love Autumn with all the Red Green Yellow coloured leaves 🍂 🍁 it’s such a pretty time of the year and for us it’s cooler. ThenI do love the Spring and summer with all the pretty flowers and azelea bushes coming out in full bloom. The reason why I said Summer as I love gardening and seeing my trees shrubbery grow and harvesting my tomatoes 🍅 and other veggies I grow.

Today the temps started out cooler then by this afternoon it was quite warm, inside temps were 75 degrees and rising but didn’t get the temps for a high or low! today!

I wish we had more colour in our autumns. It is spectacular in Canada. Australian flora doesn't change much at all, and spring isn't dramatic either. It's really the temperature and humidity that changes, and the amount of rain or dry. There is colour around November/December when the Jacarandas, Flame trees, Silky Oaks, Tulip trees and Poinsianna trees bloom.

I am sure your pretty trees are lovely that bloom in November and December. I would love to see a picture of your Tulip and Poinsettia trees when they are in bloom. I love Poinsettia & Tulips. We have Poinsettia Plants and Bouquets of Tulips or we also have Tulips that grow in the garden but they are not trees for us here in Canada. 🇨🇦

Today our weather was really warm, we started off as cool. And the forecast said a high of 70 but we went way past and clocked in at 75 degrees. It might have been hotter but I didn’t check my outdoor thermometer. 🌡️

The long range forecast say we are to get rain Saturday and Sunday. I hope we do.

Judith, a Tulip Tree is huge and has kind of large, red, cup like flowers. A Poinciana tree has small red flowers and is also huge. Poinsettia bushes do grow here and are blooming now. Eileen has one so I took a photo of one of the blooms.

Today should be a nice day.

Thank you for sharing the picture Susan, so pretty, wish we had them here….

Today we didn’t get any rain, wow, so much for all the forecasts for rain. We has sunny skies and nice change no smoke in our part but there are a few fires still but thankful not in my area. We had temps in high 70’s again about 76/77 or so then tonight dropping down to mid 50’s. Sometimes we get weather like this in September and early October, it’s not Fall yet so we have time for nice weather still.

We had some really dark clouds today but only a sprinkling of rain. I think it evaporated before it got to the ground because there was a lot of potential rain in the clouds. High of 84F (28.8C) and low 51F (10.5C) with 58% humidity.
