I'm down 1.2 kg (~2.6 pounds). I'm not really sure why, but I'll take the undeserved weigh-in. This week is Sukkot, and so there have been "festive meals" eaten in the sukkah. It's been fun for sure, but not very aligned with my weight-loss plan. I also skipped two days of running as well, once because of sukkot (we don't exercise on holidays) and once because I had an early flu-shot appointment. I am hoping that once the holidays are over I'll be able to buckle back down again and refocus my efforts on sticking to my plan.

Up 0.6#. What a roller coaster. Rolled up to 244.8 on Tuesday, down to 240.6 today.

Minus 0.6# this week. This follows several weeks of gains, so nice to see.

Up 1 lb this week. Very spasmodic eating schedule due to work scheduling issues. Weights been fluctuating between 339-345 for months. Some of it is fluid build up or at least I want to blame it that.

No place to weigh on vacation. I haven't been tracking, but I know I need to reign in the snacking. I'm doing great with getting steps in, but today will be a lot of driving, so I'll need to get creative to get the steps in.

We had a good visit for three days this past weekend with my sister-in-law and her husband. I ate more flexibly than normal, but not with wild abandon - I think i was three or four points over my daily target. I didn’t get in my normal activity, though, so I’m up a bit. Life goes on.
