    Great job on the steps, everyone!

    I appreciate all the beautiful landscape pictures and fun Halloween decorations.

    Our neighborhood has some good house decorations, too. There are awards for some of the best ones, announced as part of a larger event. The event includes a parade for the local kids, pets, and decorated strollers. I’m always amazed by the time, effort, and creativity that goes into the annual event. There are some elaborate themes that involve multiple families/neighbors, and the awards also include one for the simplest costume.

    Hello Shape Shifters. I started my morning with a walk as usual. Sadly on the walking pad inside again because the weather was awful. It is so boring though; I am already over it after 20 minutes! I watch youtube videos about running or hiking and it helps, but time still goes sooo slow. I guess that is the trade off for staying dry and comfortable indoors. I did laundry, cleaned the litterbox and mopped the kitchen. I also printed out the monthly trackers I made in google docs for the next 7 months (not tracking water since I always drink a lot). I feel like I haven't lost any weight since August, which is kinda true since I am only down 6 pounds since then. Really want to do better. I played some games too when Tinus let me which was nice. Good night everyone 💜

    @jessicakrall8 Sorry to hear you are cold! I love the cold weather, though I don't like having to turn on the heat because gas is so bloody expensive. So far I haven't yet, but it will happen soon. It was around 58-59F in the living room this morning which is the lowest I am comfortable with inside though I haven't really felt cold and I rather put on more clothes. Tinus doesn't care either since he has his own coat! Yeah, I didn't make the 75 hard rules. It is just a thing that one workout has to be outside. We don't really have dangerous weather, although I will never walk in the forest when there is a lot of wind. This week has just been really bad. I don't mind walking in wind of rain for a day or two, but it's been around 7 days in a row now and I just can't be bothered with that.

    Betty is so pretty, love the pictures. I don't have the drapes open like that normally, I got the tree delivered late in the day so it was already dark when I finished setting it up and wanted to get some pictures. Tinus does meow, but he is very soft and it doesn't annoy me, lol! I have also started closing the living room door very early in the morning when I get up to use the bathroom, because he will otherwise come wake me up when I am not ready to get up yet. In those moments, he can get pretty loud and I do like my sleep. Good luck with your work! I agree meetings are pointless and unproductive most of the time. Some people just like to hear themselves talk I guess.

    Hello Shape Shifters. Weather is still stormy and gross, so another walk on the pad inside. I watched a really cool video about a CDT thru-hike. Highly recommend if you enjoy films like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P36M3UNqG4I
    Went to the gym before lunch and got a good sweat going for my cardio workout. I played with Tinus and we did the treat puzzle a few times.     My sister and I are leaving tomorrow on a road trip to visit our brother and his family in Utah. We'll be there for a week. So no weigh-in for me next Friday, and I won't be doing much online.

    It's roughly a 12+ hour trip… mostly on the not particularly scenic long straight stretch of interstate 80, through the Nevada/Utah desert.
