Thursday: PT at home stretching, 30 minutes recumbent, 15 minutes indoor walking, 10 minutes core
So glad to be working out again. I want to reach my goal. These last 10-15 pounds are so hard. And I have to not overdo.

We had Collin this morning then I went to my trainer at noon for a 60 min workout. Ronan was here this afternoon. I got him two dragon books I hope he likes. He has to do reading for his class every night and enter it in a reading log. He looked at the books and said he'd read them. We'll see if they even get out of his backpack…🤗
I may try to walk a little this weekend. If it doesn't work out, I need to get on the bike.

Chris I remember when we did that a lot. Just not hit send. 🤪 Good plan. If you can't walk get on that bike.
Kathy Libby is such an amazing little gal. I know I have said it, but I can't imagine not lifting weights. 🏋️♀️ Especially if they told me I couldn't. So glad you are taking it easy. The last 10 pounds are always the hardest.
Libby likes her heating pad more than the ice pad. So that is nice. She over did it today and was pretty tired. 🥱 Tomorrow she needs to walk a little more.
Last night's workout session is making me sore. So yoga was perfect this morning. Lowest weight in years this morning. 144.9 Finally can say 145 I should be good tomorrow morning. Not to much junk today.
Water changes on all tanks today. Printed off photos of the 4 larger fish in my care. Taped them on the outside of the tank they are not in. Trying to get them used to seeing each other. Hopefully can move them all in together soon. Planning on moving the photos around every day. The Masked purple angel was rather unhappy about the invaders. Hopefully it will go smoothly.

Here is Bandit. Rocky named her. All angels are born female. She was 1/2 inch when I got her. Almost 2 years ago. She was hatched in captivity. So obviously never in the ocean. Much healthier and sustainable.

We went to Target this morning.Wow! I haven't been there in a loooong time! So much to see but I was W/Patrick and after we got my Sudafed we went to get him a small backpack…which don't exist, by the way…and beef jerky, and that was it. Walking w/him, all the isles just flew by without inspections. So much to see and I couldn't!!! When the man has a destination, it's in and out. I need to talk to Sara about a shopping day…her and me.😁
I am going to sit, drink coffee and read for the rest of the day.

My foot is getting better but I don't want to mess it up again, so I'm going to get on the bike after groceries get here around 1:00. Pat is getting me a movie to watch. I'll do about 10 miles again.
I made a new soup that turned out too spicy for our crowd…I tamed it down and my sweet husband likes it. I won't make it again. It had too many ingredients and left half of the tomato sauce and evaporated milk in the fridge. I will not use them in anything else…ugh!
I'm going o read and drink coffee until the groceries get here. Bye!

Chris that soup sounds very flavorful. Just tame it down some and it will be fine. Oh my, Target and no perusing the isles at a snail's pace? Egads definitely get Sara.

This is my Yellow Tang. Poor guy has been kept in a 40 gallon tank for about 2 years. If all goes well I will add it to the 100 gallon tank soon. It also was hatched in captivity. Name suggestions anyone?

Kathy thanks. But it's only a first goal. Heading downward hopefully to 140 by December.
Did water changes on all our tanks. Went to yoga today. We had a sub. She was different. But I really liked her different style. Crocheting toppers for my kitchen towels. Doing ones for Halloween now.

We had Collin this morning. I put the house together for our housekeeper then Pat p/u Ronan, and they played video games this afternoon. I made soup and now…nothing!!

Wednesday: stretching, 10 mins standing core, 15 mins strength training, 30 mins indoor walk, 20 mins recumbent bike.
I’ve discovered I can do stretching and core everyday but other exercises I have to do every other day which gets me 3-4 workout days in weekly.
It is interesting to have dumbbells in my in my hands again. But being careful. Today will be a lot of stretching and some core

We'll have Collin today and Ronan this afternoon. We had the boys yesterday and I had my trainer for a 60 min workout. My foot hurt like crazy yesterday. I need to ice it more, I think.
I'm trying to talk myself into biking after Colin is p/u. We'll see. Not being able to do my walking has made me lazy.

Well, Collin talked Grandpa into bringing in the trike from the garage. He can't quite control it, just reaches the peddles…kinda…and has a bad habit of looking everywhere except where he is headed…like into the wall or over the curb or into the grass!! I took him around the block. Looked at ghosts and pumpkins and the park across the street…he wanted to go to the park. I told him he had to see what Grandpa wanted to do. We got half way around the block and he gave up on the bike and walked while Grandma carried the trike. We made it home and he talked Grandpa into going to the park…ugh! We had fun. We wiped up the water on the slides and he slid down then we went to the concrete hill that the older kids bike up or skate up. Collin ran up and then slid down…so funny. He ran across the grass to the baseball field played there for a bit then we came home. He is such a love. So funny!
My foot is unhappy.

Kathy I am bouncing back and forth with a pound also. Ridiculous really.
Chris ice is your friend. Or maybe a different podiatrist.
I over did it last Tuesday at the gym. Lower back hurts so much. Dug out some strong pain killers from my last dental issue. They are helping. Felt well enough to plant some tulips.
Libby is better now than before her surgery. She is sassy.

Taking the weekend off to have date night with Ron on Saturday and go to the Falcons game with him today. I will get my stretch wo in and get in steps today at the stadium.

We all met at Pete's mom's house on Friday to celebrate his b'day. So much food…so much salt…fudge and ice cream!
We are going to the kids this afternoon to paint pumpkins and eat pizza!! The scale is not going to be happy for this next week…egads, man!!

Monday: 15 minute stretching, 20 mins core, 20 mins recumbent bike, 20 mins arms.
Working on the core and arms. The two areas that need the most work. Hoping the scale will start to move as well.
Ron and I are taking a trip next month. We are going to St. Lucia for 5 days. Early Christmas gift that he planned. He is so special and generous and doesn’t take me for granted. Plus he misses the beach. 😉
We leave November 13.

Chris thank you. I did ice. Lots. I took the pain meds that were prescribed to me for something else. 4 days worth. They were a bit expired but did the job. Even had some muscle relaxers from a fall I had. Stretching helped. Moving helped. Sitting was great until I had to get up. So I avoided sitting for as long as I could. My back has been popping and that's helping. Why did I do this to myself.
It messed up my weight loss some. But only a couple pounds. Still down.
I opened a new banking account and savings at a different credit union. Ours was just never delivering on promises. Still takes over a week to get a new card. No ATM's. Just no incentives to stay.
Chris I love how you take care of your grandchildren. They are so lucky.
Kathy I want pictures when you go to the island. That sounds amazing.

Shelley, I feel your pain! I hope it's improving. I have a doctor's appt Nov 11th. He'll get my foot in his hand if it's not better.
We had both boys at 4p.m. to get them ready to go to Sara's school for Halloween. SIL had work. Pat dropped them off after we got them in their Power Ranger costumes. He said the whole area was jammed solid with cars. The boys should have a blast!
I'm trying to finish the book I'm reading…need to start a new one!!

Wednesday: stretching 20 mins, strength arms 10 mins, recumbent bike 30 mins.
Thurs: stretching 15 mins
Had a shopping date with my aunt. She’s moving into a senior apartment that she’s been waiting on forever. It’s a very nice 2 bedroom, very secure and exactly what she wanted. I promised her new bedroom comforter set and curtains. It was so much fun spending the day eith her. She picked up a few other things as well. I know she will be happy living with others her own age. She’s happy about the Fitness center and the fact they have a lot of activities. Her husband passed awsy 10+ years ago and she’s lived with her daughter and her family for awhile. She’s ready to be on her own. She’s about 40 miles from me and I I’ll visit and check on her. She’s 78 years old and still drives and is pretty healthy. I’ve gotten really close to her since my mom passed. She calls me almost every morning and we have nice talks.
Shelley take care of that lower back. Stretching is your friend. Even when I miss a day exercising I always make time to stretch.

Sunday: 20 minutes stretch, 20 minutes recumbent and 20 minutes arms.
I’ve been having some lower back pain again. Definitely concentrating on stretching, cire and strength training without weight for this week. I don’t want to be hurting on vacation.
Ron and I went to the city square Halloween night. We had dinner and after walked around to see the costumes. It was fun. The restaurant had a Harry Pitter theme for the month of October. It was nice to have a date night.
