CW: 195.3I was pretty upset when I saw this number. I have no idea where the gain is coming from. My week was good, calories were between around 1550-1700 and I got plenty of movement in. Not nice. A loss of 0.1 lbs for the whole month, pathetic.

Hey y'all:
Hope everyone had a nice day…rainy and chilly here, but hopefully the sun was shining where you are today!!! Tomorrow more of the same, but the sun reappears for Virginia on Friday! Glad it's not going to be raining on the kids during Trick-or-treating!
Just looking forward to down time on the weekend at this point. Gotta get up early so I can get gas before work. Thank goodness for Kroger's fuel points…I like my dollar off per gallon!!

Ltd: 23.7I’m confident I’ll improve next week. After finishing the marathon, I travelled to a work conference where there was a lot of food. I didn’t over-indulge but I ate more dessert than usual, since it was included as part of the conference meals. I was also sore so I didn’t exercise as much as usual. I just walked a little bit along Mission Bay to loosen up my legs, and I’m feeling better now. I’m chalking up this gain to the water retention needed for muscle repair. 👩🔧🤣🤷♀️

Its been a bad week. Very stressful at work. 2 of my best coworkers were wrongfully let go so we have been on our toes at work. I've been skimming around looking for potential new jobs because some of the management is creating a very toxic work enviroment, and if they dont fix it, I'll be jumping ship soon. So lots of stress eating and no exercise, ugh.

@angmarie28 - I’m sorry to hear about the stress of your work situation. A positive work environment makes such a big difference in our quality of life. I actually think it’s natural - and even healthy - to feel angry these days. So, it’s great that you’re trying to find a healthy outlet for your emotions through exercise. I’m sorry it made you feel angrier. I’m not sure if it just requires a heavier dosage of exercise or another outlet — sometimes we need to scream! 😱 You might need to make the best of those beautiful Montana spaces and let loose a blood curdling Halloween scream today!

Yesterday was my weigh in day and the scale recorded my weight at 144.3. Today, the reading was 143.6. 🙃 I just felt the need to share that news — though I know it’s unlikely I would ever feel the need to report the situation in reverse (if the number went up instead of down). 🤣😂🤣 It’s just a reminder that the longer term trajectory - and integrating healthier habits - are what really matters. Onward!
