I was outside again yesterday, getting stuff ready for winter. Lol… thank goodness it's done. It was cold. When I was done, I came inside and snuggled up with my electric throw blanket and fell asleep. I wasn't supposed to go to sleep, but oh well ..… 😅😅😅
I had stouffers stuffed peppers for dinner and hubby had pizza. So, I had 1 veggie, but I didn't drink any where close to enough water. I haven't been journaling either, I need to get back to that.

I'm sorry about the insomnia- however your comment about it annoying Earl made me laugh. Leave it to a cat to get judgy. Glad you had a nice morning with Rich before heading to work. @DrewsAnna - I love hearing about your plant adventures! Throwing this out there for consideration- It's great that you are tracking your daily habits. Maybe it would help you get going if you picked 1 of those to really focus on this week? And then when it feels natural and comfortable, you could add another?

@trooworld - Ugh- the dog hair in the car that is fine until you have to have a guest in the car! Hope you have lots of fun with your friend this weekend! I hope Daisy will be OK without a surgery.
@TeresaW2024 - sounds like a good call on the software. I believe that you have usually been a person who puts up the Christmas decs early because you are so excited? I think that once you have a cozy tree and some twinkling lights up, you will enjoy the effort.

@Cornanda the marathon is in October 2026. I found a 41 week training program. I tweaked it a bit for my schedule.
Thanks for the coffee tasting invitation. I will have to respectfully decline only due to the 14-16 hour drive. I have a feeling we would miss it by the time we got there.1 -
@TeresaW2024 Thank you , it seems to be helping to a degree. Thanks! It sounds like you didn't take the decision whether or not to switch software lightly, that's good that you really thought about it before you did it or not. I am glad you are still decorating for Christmas, I believe you are right, Joe would want that.

@Cornanda Yes ! SOOOO much. The car wash uses an air compressor to blow most of it out lol. Having LOTS of fun! Thank you, me too! I hope you got your cleaning and shopping done.
Hi all. I had a great time yesterday. My friend and I went to breakfast at the beach: my plate was huge, but I only ate about 1/8-1/4 of that plate (my plate is on the left in this picture). We also walked on the pier for a bit. We went for pistachio lattes and then went to two malls. At night, we had a great time going out and about. It took me two hours to get ready! Today, who knows what we will get into.

I went shopping for a little bit yesterday and I dressed up a little bit. I got a lot of compliments because hardly anyone was dressed up at that time. After shopping I just hung out at home just in case I got some trick or treaters, but I didn't. I really didn't think I would, my house is tucked down a dead-end road and you can't see it from the main road. I'm the only one on my road that hands it out.
I didn't do well with my habits again yesterday.
It's super rainy and windy here, just a yucky day. I have to go to the spare room and do some more work in there with some music, so I don't succumb to the weather.
Hubby wants to be a snow bird and I fight him on it because my kids and grandkids are here. I'm starting to think that, maybe, I should start considering it.
