    I'm with you, Kathy…158 this morning!! I gotta keep going. I have a doctor's appt the 11th…ugh!

Last night was pretty fun. Gave out Play-doh and tools. Not a whole bunch of kids but enough to get me up outta my chair and walking to the front door.

So…today is a total Sit On My Fanny Day!! Did my calf stretches, wall stands, paid bills, and now…my new book!

Have a good weekend, my friends,

Got haircuts with Sara this morning, then ground coffee beans in new grinder that I'm not sure I like, then made soup with the help of my sweet husband who chopped the onion and some bell peppers because the store didn't have the diced stuff I needed!! I'm going to read after the soup is finished.

I hope you guys had a good weekend.

Had Collin this morning then my trainer for a brutal 60 min workout then Ronan came for a while. Pat had an appt with the ear guys so he took Ronan home early. I am just about to do dishes and try to get warm. It is really windy and dark clouds out there!!

Kathy I need more water also. Thanks for reminding me.

Chris I want to see the strange creatures. Sounds interesting.

Halloween was busy. Lots of kids. Handed out Harry Potter themed candy bars.

Been busy helping my friends with their son. Watching him since my best friend's wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer. It's not been a great week.

I did move the quarantined fish into the display tank today. I hope they survive the move.

Upper body workout tomorrow. My brother was supposed to be here this week. But had to cancel due to mom having a seizure and another stroke. She is home now. Has an appointment tomorrow I believe.

    Ended October at 144.8

Yesterday was a rest day other than 15 minutes of stretching and laundry. Took my car for its first hand wash.

Meeting my friends for lunch this afternoon at a good Thai restaurant but will get a workout in.

We'll have Collin this morning and Ronan this afternoon. I won't see my trainer today…she is having stomach issues.

Shelley, I'll get a picture of the creatures. One of them is really strange!!

Okay, I'll try to be back later.

Shelley how’s your mom? And how are you?

Kathy thank you for asking. I am well. Worried about my mom and friend. My dog Libby is doing much better. Her knee surgery has been a success.

My mom has an appointment next Thursday. Hopefully we'll know more then.

I am still keeping part of the display tank covered. Not in a hurry. I really don't want to lose them. They are getting along fairly well. I need to take down a 40 gallon tank now. One down 2 to go.

Going to visit my friend tomorrow. I baked a chocolate cake to take with me.

Got in my yoga today. Upper body is sore from my workout yesterday.

I hope no one is affected by plane cancellations. So sad.

    Have a great Saturday.

Shelley, how are you doing? How is your mom? That is so scary. I'm so sorry about your friend with breast cancer. Cancer is so *ucked up!!! I have so much to say about it but they would kick me off MFP for life.

I'm going to walk around the block this afternoon and see how my foot takes it. I am so done with sitting on my fanny and not going to the post office. I have to wait until the mail lady gets here and sometimes the door camera doesn't register her getting here cuz her mail truck is white and she drives up to the boxes slow. uugghh!!!

We'll be getting the boys this afternoon so Sara and Pete can have some grownup time.

Okay, I need more coffee…later my friends.

Chris I am so glad you get to see your grandkids so much. It really is amazing.

My mom gets tired lots. But my brother says she is doing better. She loves the chair I bought her. I think the heat, reclining and lumbar features are her favorites.

My friend Donnell said the doctor already mentioned the boob has to go. Her words. She enjoyed our visit as did we. And I know how much you hate the big C. So do I.

Fish still doing well. Sunny the yellow tang is still stressed. So keeping the tanks lights partially covered longer.

Tomorrow starting to go through some aquarium supplies. Out with the unnecessary things.

Kathy this will speak to you. An 80 year old woman completed the Ironman triathlon. She learned to swim at 60 to compete. Amazing

Shelley, Yeah, the boys are a blast. Time goes so fast. Collin is 3 years old next Monday!! Ronan is 9 years old!! When the boys were here Collin and I looked out the front doors and the neighbors across the street were taking down the really, really tall skeleton. Like 12 foot tall…big!! The parts were all on the ground. I asked Collin if he wanted to go look…he said "Yes." We start to cross the street…"Look left. Look right…any cars coming?" "No." he says. We cross…he practically pulls off my arm trying to run. We stand on the sidewalk and I was talking to the dad…Jeremy…and his son Kyle. The two youngest kids were out playing on their scooters. Girl…Sky! Boy…Jax. Cool names. Jax is a fan of Spiderman…his shirt is Spidy. Collin's shirt is Spidy and his new shoes are light-up Spiderman. Collin was still a bit shy. We walked up the the huge box the skeleton body parts were going to go in and the kids kept talking to Collin and chasing each other on the grass. They finally got Collin in the game and he was Spiderman webbing everyone…as he webbed them they fell to the grass…over and over. Kyle picked up the skeleton's two big arms with nasty hands and made like they were his arms going after Spidy Collin. Spidy Collin webbed him good and Kyle fell to his knees and played the game. It was so fun to watch! It started to get dark and talking Collin into coming home was a bit hard. He wanted to stay and play! From the shy boy hugging my leg to Spidy Collin in a very short period of time was so funny!

Sorry for the long story…must go get wet now. I have my trainer this afternoon.

Monday: 20 mins PT stretches, 20 mins core, 10 mins upper body strength and 20 mins indoor walk.

Shelley that’s amazing that an 80 year old complex a triathlon. 💪🏾

Chris you and the boys have so much fun. And yes they never want to stop,

Some of my family are coming for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to the kiddos.

But first St Lucia. 🏖️ I’m finally excited and the best part is no pain. Stretching works wonders.

chris you told that story so well I could actually see them playing. So fun. 🤩 People have them tall skeletons all around here. I even saw a headless horseman with the horse rearing up here. Crazy tall.

Kathy it was amazing reading up on her. The first person to greet her as she came across the finish line was a woman who did the same thing at 77. Wow.

You have fun on your trip Kathy.

My son and his family rarely come to our home on Thanksgiving. My daughter moved. So no family this year. Really depressing.

Wednesday: 20 mins stretch and 30 mins recumbent.

We leave tomorrow morning for St Lucia. It’s a 4 1/2 hour flight. So looking forward to this time away. I plan to walk a lot and get my stretches in daily. We return next Tuesday.

    Take care ladies.

Shelley, we are going to Sam's for Thanksgiving…yea!!..I thought we were going to have to do it here and I wasn't keen on that at all. It takes all the options for leaving when you want to away cuz you live here!! Anyway, Sam's going to do it like she always does. And I have seen the headless horseman around here somewhere…creepy!!

    Kathy, have a blast!!

We had Collin this morning…we found a green praying mantis out back. He's been there for a while. I was able to show Ronan when he got here from school!! Cool

I had my trainer for a 60 min workout this afternoon. The weather is so strange…heavy…rain drops every once in a while. I am going to drink coffee and watch silly stuff on my phone.

Had Collin this morning then Ronan this afternoon. I am pretty much doing nothing!!

We have a Praying Mantas out back who is just hanging around for the third day. I tried to move him/her out of the rain but couldn't find a place they were happy with, so I put them back on the stone where they had spent most of the day in the rain. On the way back to the stone, they bit me!!! It was so funny!! Such a little guy/gal and they were so mad at me! 🤣🦗
