    I had a great time in Prague as you can see my friend Samantha & I walked alot.It was really cold but luckily no rain or snow.

    Well, I am back to Myfitnesspal. I decided to try another application when they dropped the newsfeed. I decided after the year was through that I would go back to this app. So I am back here, but have not stopped logging.

    My goals are still to lose some weight and I have been able to lose some over the year, even though I would have liked to lose a bit more.

    I like the idea of the book club, I do like to read but hard to find time to do it. Also, might get me away from evening snacking, which has been getting better but i still have work to do.
