The best thing I did yesterday was stay on track by completing all my goals for the day. My goal for the week is to do anyway with Excuses and completed level 2 of Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels.

best thing yesterday- really sticking to eating my cream of wheat for dinner
the thing i will be doing to day -going back to my pm work-out
