2 hard workouts at the gym

    The best thing I did yesterday was stay on track by completing all my goals for the day. My goal for the week is to do anyway with Excuses and completed level 2 of Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels.

    My quote for the day: " You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only option"

    My sis (@MrsKADDY and Mollie 1037) have both inspired me this week.

    Hello!!
    The best thing I did yesterday was push myself to do exercise when I didnt feel well :)
    My workouts are Tae Bo & Zumba :)
    today im going to go visit my Mom and then come home and do my workout :)

    -Opened up to a male friend - letting my guard down.
    -Stuck with my healthy lifestyle

    Attend a book signing, and reframe from eating unhealthy food and drinking. I prepared my own dinner.

    best thing yesterday- really sticking to eating my cream of wheat for dinner


    the thing i will be doing to day -going back to my pm work-out

    Best thing you did yesterday: I ate clean! Not even one piece of Halloween candy :-)

    One thing I will do today: Prepare a green leafy salad w/ grilled chicken breast for dinner!

    70 minute workout at the gym...even though I didn't want to go.

    Go back to the gym for another round. :)

    I'm determined. I know it's going to be hard and is definitely going to hurt but I'm going to do it anyway!

    Best thing I did yesterday: running the stairs 50 times....after I finished jump roping for 30 minutes.
