Do you consider yourself a workout aholic?

I'm officially calling our group "The Lics".

Ways to identify if you're a Lic.

You have training on your mind while you are supposed to be working.
You go to the gym when your Dr. tells tells you to stay home and rest.
You calculate before you train how many calories you'll have burned.

What else peoples?

    Not being able to go to the gym causes so my psychological stress that you can't get anything done because you are counting down the minutes until you can go again.

    If you burn less than 1000 calories then you feel like a failure.

    You spend more money on work out clothes than you do on regular clothes.

    Its cold and snowing and you still go outside and workout

    Jump at the chance to mow the lawn to get calorie burn going

    Wake up at 5 am to get your workout in no matter how little sleep you got

    Spent $120 on my training shoes but only $90 on my work shoes which I'm in more hours of the day.

    You get pissed when you're working out but not sweating. (on the flip side...you love a nice sweaty t-shirt when you're done).

    What's a rest day? haha. (You have "active recovery" days instead)

    I barely got back into the gym last night after a week hiatus due to illness. The entire week I went crazy!

    rather go to the gym than a mommy group because they have day care and you like to work out rather than talk
    have more work out clothes than work clothes
    hit the hotel gym first on a business trip
    be disappointed if your burn is less than others because you have high aerobic capacity
    be sad that your dog gets old and you need to walk, instead of running.
    the hr measure at the docs office beeps alarm because your resting heart rate is 45
    The doc tells you to stop losing more weight
    if you get depressed once you stopped for 3 days
    if you run the stairwell and teach bootcamp 9 months pregnant
    If you ski the double diamond 7 months pregnant
    if you are a regular at the orthopedics and you wouldn't be if you just stopped the insanity.

    I love the soreness!!
    I also think bout working out at work,
    And have to work out everyday, wether or not my husband thinks i should slow down for a day
