What are you doing differently, now that you can't exercise, to continue on your weight loss journey?
I decided about a week or 2 ago to lower my sugar intake to 15 g or less per day and it has made an enormous difference for me.

Great topic and great idea. I had gotten used to the exercise calories so now I'm having to re-adjust my eating. I've noticed my fat calories are usually on or under, which is good but my sodium is out of control so I'm trying to get that down.0
