Hi. I am Bobbi. I try to be fairly active, doing Cardio, strength and yoga 6 days a week. Well, I have had knee pain the last two weeks. The pain Is on the outside of my knee. Hi everyone! In this group, I'm hoping we will be able to help each other along by giving and getting the extra support we need to make it to our goals while dealing with added injuries. My name is Caroline and I have been on MFP for about 2 months. I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot and it's really curtailing my…

Me however, the driver, ended up with a fractured patella, transverse.…

I'm really nervous about sticking needles into my spine! Thanks.
I've decided to go ahead and do this. I'm a little nervous. Anyone have experience with it?
Is anyone else fighting off the blues because of their injuries/ lack of mobility? I can't seem to get it together today. I want to be more active but hurts and then I get grumpy. And then I eat, which just makes it all worse. What do the rest of you do to keep positive?
I need to vent a bit and I thought if I posted it here, people might understand. I have a bulging disc that causes sciatica throughout my left leg, and it's extremely painful. I started MFP in November in the hopes of taking off some weight, getting regular exercise, and lessening the pain. It's worked great! I've lost 20…
After 2 years of injury, and 2 operations, I am finally having what should be my final surgery! :D The initial problem was a hernia. But when a second lump appeared, the surgeon diagnosed it as an incompetant valve in my vein (saphena varix). I have waited an entire year from the first confirmation that there was another…
