Shoulder Reconstruction

So I tore all ligaments and tendons in my shoulder and will go under the knife next week. Anybody been through this before?

Went well with no set backs. I have full range of motion and finally have no pain. I have gotten most of the strength back as well. I am planning to start traing for a half ironman so the swimming will be the ultimate test.0

Brilliant news! I broke my shoulder in March and my movement is still terrible! You've given me some hope!0
