Day two challenge!

Good morning MFP! Are you ready for day two? I know I am!
Yesterday's challenge went wonderfully- I hope you're all thinking more about reading labels to stay informed about what goes into your body!
Today's challenge:
Add five minutes to your normal exercise routine. Generally do the elliptical for 30 minutes? Aim for 35. No time for formal exercise today? Take five minutes out of your lunch break and walk quickly up and down the stairs. Any activity is better than no activity! Challenge yourself- you can do this!
Can't wait to hear what you all do for your extra five!

I won't have time for a proper workout tonight so I'll get off the bus a couple stops early and walk the rest of the way home0

I did an extra yoga practice today. I usually try to fit one in the evening. Monday and Tuesday I was slacking though. Today I already did one this morning and will do one tonight0

Although I post "daily challenges", I often hope to inspire you all to take the lessons through the rest of your life! You will notice that little changes add up, and will make you an over-all healthier and happier person0 -

This sounds like an awesome group!
So excited to get started on the challenges. I was getting little bored and was beginning to slack so I think this is just what I needed!
I generally go to Curves at lunch time. I will spend an extra 5 minutes on the circuit. If I have time later I hope to jog/walk. I try to do around 3 miles. I will add 5 minutes to that as well.

I did double the walking that I require myself to do in a day, the weather has just been so beautiful, soaking up all this sun before the snow comes back.0

Extra five minutes - got it. I'm headed to the gym after lunch with my hubby. I'll add five minutes to the treadmill.0

Not sure if I will be on the elliptical tonight or going for a walk - but either way I will add an extra 5 mins!0

I am going to accept this challenge. I am working on packing up my house... I have no workout routine yet, so I will just spend an extra 5 minutes lifting and moving boxes (even if I have to move the same box twice!).

Instead of walking between photo locations today, I jogged.
Will also still try to add an extra five minutes to my workout later tonight.0
