Just checking in. Looking foward to another great day! Today I am really focusing on my sodium intake to see if it is something I need to continuosly monitor.
Other than that, I did my morning workout and am feeling GOOD!0 -
Best thing I did yesterday was drink all the water I had set out to drink. I didn't work out but I have a plan for today! Happy Hump Day!0

Checking in. Best thing I did yesterday was consume lots of water--204oz. Today I am doing to stick w/ my DVD--D3 of 6w6p.

Checking in. Best thing i did yesterday was run my 45 minute interval i set out to do, and finally finished it
so proud of myself. The pic im posting i choose because in the end of the day we all have to remember even if we fall off the horse, after a night of rest we can always start again
