Hey groupies (sounds bad but meh!)
Just wanted to know if everyone is gonna be doing 10 days at Level 1, then 10 days at Level 1 & 2 then 10 days at Level 1,2 & 3 or am i being optimistic?

Yeah, that sounds about right to me. Do you wanna put up measurements and weight too, and log that weekly, or would that be too much?0

I'm fine putting my measurements and weight from the start then after each 10 days.
Not too sure abouts pics but it would help showing progress so... I'll see0 -
im gonna try and do it properely, L1 10 days, L 2 10 days etc seeing as last time I gave up on it and failed.
Im gonna do measurements after each 10 days, just to see how each level affects my body, ive not even seen what L 2 looks like!

I think that would be best for an old lady like me, lol. I've already tried the first level and it is exhausting, so to do 2 levels one after the other would probably be nigh on impossible!0 -
Yep Im definitely doing Level 1 for ten days, then moving onto Level 2 for ten days, then Level 3 for ten days. Ive done it once before, ended up taking about 3/4 days off (not together) towards the end as I had hurt my knee running.... but Im curious to know do you guys plan to do it all in 30 days straight? Thats my plan anway, no breaks in between, but what are you all planning to do?0

What weight dumbbells are people using? The lightest ones I have are 2kg (approx 4.4lbs) so I'm gonna have to go with them!
I'm hoping to do it 30 days in a row however there is one day in the next 30 I know I definitely can't do it so might have to be a few days longer! Guess will have to wait and see how much it burns! Hehe!0 -

I've also got 2kg dumbells too0 -
I have 2kg and 3.5 kg. 2 kg is plenty for me lol!! Although I'll use 3.5 randomly for one or two exercises where I find 2kg too easy. There's one that I find difficult though even with the 2 kg lol so I'll see how that one goes!!! I'm excited!!0

I'm using 1kg weights as other than that I only have 5kg which would be way too heavy for some of those sections. I plan to go straight through, but will take a rest day if I really need to.0

I'm also planning on doing :
10 / 12 days at L1 (we have guests staying for 1 - 2 nights and I have nowhere to do the exercises while they're here)
10 / 10 days at L2
10 / 10 days at L3
I will aim to report my stats at the end of each level.
I will be using 0.5 kg dumbbells (weak, I know, but so I am)0
