Not sure if all of you read my post yesterday but i fainted at work yesterday and ive been advised not to exercise for a week, i have the doctors tomorrow to check my BP and do a general medical check up so we'll see In a word ; gutted :(

OK we're getting into a bit of a routine now! Those straight arm raises are still the worst so if I'm honest only my shoulders are suffering at the moment but I'm definitely getting my sweat on and feeling it at the time! In 10 days I will so be ready to take on L2....maybe....

How was everyone's day 2? Mines was killer! The heating in my place won't turn off so its like a sauna so ive had all the windows open to do my work out! It was still too hot so ended up doing it in my underwear!! Hope you are all focused :)
