OK we're getting into a bit of a routine now!
Those straight arm raises are still the worst so if I'm honest only my shoulders are suffering at the moment but I'm definitely getting my sweat on and feeling it at the time! In 10 days I will so be ready to take on L2....maybe....

Day 5 was fine, still finding the squat and weighted arm presses hard because of my heavy weights but managed to do everything else without stopping0

I thought I could manage to do deeper squats today, but am regretting it a bit because I've pulled my quad in my left leg. Overall though finding the session pretty easy compared with the earlier days.0

I can't tell you how excited I am to get on to Level 2.... I'm so bored!!! It's getting easier and all, but I can't help from feeling bored!!! LOL And I hate towards the end when Jillian says "Because you're strong".... UGH!!! Like nails on a chalkboard!!! LOL0
