Okay, I didn't exercise yesterday. Week one of the challenge and I missed a day. I am so bummed. :grumble: I missed it for good reason though--by the time I got off work yesterday, I felt really crummy. I ate dinner and went to bed.
I am glad to see so many of you got your 20 in yesterday. YOU ROCK!

Hi TazzyDB, being sick is a pretty damn good excuse to not work out! You don't want to make it worse. If you are feeling better today, maybe you can double up and do 40 minutes to make up for yesterday, if that helps you feel better.0

I got my exercise I this morning! 30 min on my Tony Little Gazelle Edge. Felt so good to get up early in the morning ans get it over with!0 -
20 minutes walking. Gotta do some of butt kicking videos!!0

Better not to work out when you're sick - you don't want to stress your body too much.
I missed yesterday (no good excuse), but did work out for 29 minutes today. I was actually laying in bed, but I started thinking that I didn't want to miss another day and be a complete slacker.0 -
Today's not looking good for me. Was hoping to get a work out in earlier but now am at work. I might be able to get a power walk in on break, but so far I've done nothing. I have no excuse other than pure lack of motivation.0

Got my 20 in! in fact, I got in 40 minutes of my daughter kickin my butt! She shows no mercy, every knowing I was sick for more than a week (heartless child). Guess that's why I keep her around! I haven't had HARD work in more than a week and I feel so much better now, just making these old bones step it up! :glasses: Hope everyone has had a fantastic day!0

60 minutes of Zumba last night... burned over 600 calories. Woo hoo!0

Then did about 45 min of rowing0 -
