11-10-11 Challenge:

Do 100 sit-ups. They don't have to be done all at once.

Drink that water!

    100???? REALLY? that's... uh yeah 100? :noway:
Okay stayed away from raw tomato but I did an eggplant parmigiano ( never had) thing and for dessert the fam tried star fruit (never had either). Could the next challenge be to stay away from peanut m and m's for at least a week? I need blinders on when it comes to those...

but the 100 sit ups? still trying to get over the idea, oh well... will try

Baked an Acorn squash tonight. It was soooo good.
    Yum!

A little butter and some brown sugar, it was gooey and warm.

    Hubby liked it too!

Yeah! It says 100. Feel free to break it up into sets or whatever it takes to get it done.

I saw those at the store tonight and wondered how to cook those. I sincerely guessed at the eggplant thing. I used all parm cheese and forgot they used bread crumbs. HA:laugh: It turned out okay enough the fam ate it. And yes I got those sit ups done. I grumbled before, during and after them but I feel better for it. Thanks.

I didn't use the maple syrup. But, it was yummy!
