So the holidays are coming up, and I know I have some books on my Christmas list (yes I'm 23 and still make a list). I'm asking for some cookbooks and mostly literary fiction books.
50 spices, 50 dishes: Simple Indian recipes using 5 common spices
Classic Desserts: sensational sweet recipes around the world
Truly Mexican: essential recipes and techniques for authentic Mexican recipes
For some of the fiction books
Crescent and Birds of Paradise by Diana Abu Jaber
Belong to Me by Maris de los Santos
Comfort Foods by Kate Jacobs
Pomegranate Soup by Marsha Mehran
American Wife by Curtis Sittenfeld
That is just a few....lol so what is on your list??

I almost bought this one! I instead bought a different (but very similar) cook book for Indian recipes, since I was trying to save money and the one I bought was in the bargain books. So far I've only tried one recipe, but it came out great!
I would love a cookbook specifically designed for clean eating. My boyfriend and I have been trying to eat as clean as possible, and I'm always up for new ideas. I also wouldn't mind a subscription to the Clean Eating magazine I always look at at B&N.
I used to have Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastical Beasts & Where to Find Them that went with the Harry Potter series, but I gave them to my brother. I kinda wanted to read them again for fun, so I put those on my wish list, as well.0 -

I love to cook from all over the world but wanted a book where I didn't have to run out for all these exotic ingredients I wouldn't use ever again! lol0 -

Don't blame you! The Mexican cook book sounds good, too...I love Mexican food. My skills are pretty limited to tacos and enchiladas, though, haha.0 -
