I was wondering which nutrient values you guys were focusing on tracking and if you have any particular reason why you focused on that 'nutritional value'??

I'm trying to track my sodium intake. My blood pressure is a little bit up there even though I'm drinking water like a fool. So I'm afraid I take in too much sodium, which, I really do sometimes! I try to not add extra salt but it's in the foods I eat I guess.0

Right now I have it set for Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Fiber, and Sodium. The sodium is a big one for me because a couple weeks ago I shot up about 5 or 6 lbs just from eating tortilla chips and cheese dip that has a ton of sodium two nights in a row.0
