This is the program I started using kettlebells with. Loved it. It's Lorna Kleidman's book. Comes with three levels of programs and a well illustrated book. I'm hoping she comes out with a video someday.
What other programs or videos you using?
I have the video 10 Minute Solutions for Kettlebell and Amy Bento Kettlebells. I like the 10 minute solutions, but they don't use kettlebells in it for demonstrations, they use dumbbells, which I don't like. And Amy Bento does a good job, good form, but not enough of a warm up, I pulled a calf muscle from hers that took me a while to recover from.
I'm also a runner and find that kettlebells really give me a qiuck workout for maintaining strength when doing heavy running and training.

Right now, I'm doing Kettlebell Burn 2.0. Before that, I was doing some pretty random kettlebell workouts based on different blogs and YouTube videos I found. I posted some URLs in the Videos for Women thread for a couple of YouTube channels managed by two female kettlebell trainers. I've used both to develop my own workouts and to learn proper form on different kettlebell lifts.0

I have been doing this workout for a couple weeks. I find it really works the whole body, and after 3 rounds done as hard as you can, you are dead!
